LT Foods is a Global Consumer Food Company which deals in Basmati and Other Specialty Rice, Organic Food and Ingredient business and Health and Convenience segments that strive to deliver the finest quality food products to its consumers across 60+ countries. Riding on its robust Farm to Fork business model, today the Company has expanded its offerings to serve millions of consumers.

The Company was founded by Late Shri Raghunath Arora in a small village in the holy city of Amritsar, nestled in the prosperous belt of Basmati rice in India.

The Company focused on building a brand to bring sustainability and predictability in business.

The Company set up state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in India. This was also the period when LT Foods was listed on BSE, NSE and diversified into organic food segment.

We were on the growth mode and re-vamped our strategy to create a Sustainable business by strengthening our brands across geographies through organic and inorganic routes. We acquired brand Royal to strengthen our position in the US. We completely revamped our marketing strategy in India as well to gain more market share of the Consumer Basmati Rice business.

Acquired

We continued with our strategy of global expansion through inorganic and greenfield routes. Our greenfield operations in Europe turned profitable during the period. In our strategy to expand product portfolio, we launched new products such as Ready-to-Eat food, Sauté sauces, Daawat Sehat and Kari Kari, a range that was widely accepted and loved by our consumers. In a short span of a decade of acquiring brand Royal, we took the brand to command a 50% market share in the US region. During this period, we also successfully raised an investment of H 400 crores through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP).
